Washing Cloth Diapers

The hardest part of Cloth Diapering for me is washing them.
I have yet to find the perfect washing routine that keeps the ammonia smells at bay, without repelling (leaks), and still smell clean out of the machine.

Understanding pH - an introduction

I found a great blog post today about pH and 
how ammonia affects the pH of your diapers 
causing that awful stink, 
especially in overnight diapers or 
your diaper pail after a few days.
